Operations Management (concentration)

The Operations Management concentration at the University of Ottawa is designed for students pursuing a Master of Engineering Management. This concentration enhances core competencies in operations and supply chain management, equipping students with essential skills to optimize processes and improve efficiency within organizations. The curriculum includes three key courses: Principles of Operations Management, Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma, and Supply Chain Management. Students will learn to apply Lean Six Sigma tools, develop operational strategies, and analyze supply chain dynamics. This program is delivered online, allowing for flexibility in learning while maintaining a focus on practical applications in real-world scenarios.
