Ada Computer Science

The Ada Computer Science platform is a free online learning resource developed by the University of Cambridge's Department of Computer Science and Technology in collaboration with the Raspberry Pi Foundation. It aims to enhance computer science education for teachers and students globally. The platform offers diagnostic tests, quizzes for GCSE and A Level students, and tools for teachers to benchmark student progress. With over 5,300 users and 66,000 questions answered since its launch, Ada is designed to support both teaching and research in computing education. It emphasizes the importance of understanding computer science fundamentals, especially in the context of rapid advancements in AI technologies. Future updates will include new resources on artificial intelligence, covering essential topics such as ethics and data models, to further enrich the learning experience.
