Doctor of Pharmacy

The Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Pioneer Pathway program at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center offers a unique hybrid online learning experience designed for aspiring pharmacists. This program combines synchronous and asynchronous online coursework with hands-on immersion experiences on the Amarillo campus during the first two years. Students benefit from structured flexibility, allowing them to tailor their learning pace while receiving expert instruction and support. The program is ACPE accredited, ensuring a high-quality education that prepares students for the evolving pharmacy field. The inaugural cohort is set to launch in Fall 2024, providing an opportunity for students to engage with faculty and peers weekly, while also developing their professional identity through service and career development opportunities.
