The International Postgraduate Diploma in Family Medicine (I-PGDFM) is a two-year blended learning program designed for healthcare professionals, particularly doctors in low and middle-income countries. This course aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of general practitioners in family medicine, focusing on comprehensive and preventive care for families and communities. The curriculum includes online self-learning modules, video lectures, and hands-on training at designated contact centers. Students will engage in project work and complete assignments throughout the course. The program is structured to be flexible, allowing for a maximum completion period of four years. It is an accredited initiative by the International Christian Medical & Dental Association (ICMDA) and is offered in collaboration with Loma Linda University, USA. The course is delivered in English and requires regular internet access for participation in online components.
